What is the Shipping Policy within India?

At Canibani, we offer Free Shipping on all Prepaid Orders across India.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a nominal shipping fee of ₹100 will be applicable.

We partner with trusted courier companies to ensure your order is delivered safely and securely.

How Can I Reschedule My Delivery?

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, you can contact the courier partner directly to reschedule your delivery or collect your parcel from their nearest delivery hub, if available.

Please note that Canibani is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, public holidays, natural disasters, or if the customer is unavailable to receive the order.

Estimated Delivery Time
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days after order confirmation.
After dispatch, delivery generally takes 3–7 working days, depending on your location.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS, Email, or WhatsApp (if applicable).

Please note that delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances or courier delays.
